What is the Bylaw 25-003 About?
Bylaw 25-003 will consider the rezoning of Plan 2410658 Block 5 Lot 1 in the NE 19-10-23-W4 from Rural Agriculture to Direct Control. The Municipal Address of the property is 103042 Range Road 23-5. See a map.
The intent of the Direct Control rezoning is to allow for the continued operation of the existing event centre (Country Side Barn) on the property with was previously approved on the property as a home occupation. The Direct Control zoning limits the uses on the property and includes the following: Events Centre, Single Detached Residence, Office, Signage, and Accessory Buildings. What is the Bylaw 25-004 About?
Bylaw 25-004 will consider the rezoning of Plan 8811143 Block 1 Lot 7 in the SW 2-10-23-W4 from Direct Control (Bylaw 17-003) to Direct Control (25-004). The Municipal Address of the property is 100035 Range Road 23-2. See a map.
The intent of the rezoning is to allow for a retail store (not-for-profit) on the property and modify some of the setback requirements. The Direct Control zoning limits the uses on the property to include: a residence, home occupation, outdoor storage (for school purposes), parking, playground/playfield, educational buildings, office, retail store, accessory buildings.
