What is Bylaw 26-010 About?
Bylaw 26-010 proposes to redesignate Plan 0815575, Block 1, Lot 2 (112026 Range Road 223, NW-15-11-23-W4M) from Rural Agriculture (RA) to Business Light Industrial (BLI). See a map.
The intent of the rezoning is to facilitate the expansion of an existing truck transportation depot. A copy of the bylaw and application can be viewed at the Lethbridge County Office (#100, 905-4 Avenue South, Lethbridge) during regular business hours.
How do I provide input?
- In-person: Input can be given on the proposed Bylaw at the Public Hearing on August 6, 2026, you will be asked to sign in before speaking in front of Council.
- Virtually: If you cannot attend the Public Hearing in-person, you can register to provide your input virtually. You must register by emailing crobison@lethcounty.ca no later than 4:30 p.m. on August 4, 2026.
- Written comments: You may also provide a written submission to Council which will form part of the public record and be included in the Council meeting agenda. Written submissions must be sent to planning@lethcounty.ca no later than 4:30 p.m. on July 30, 2026.
