What is Bylaw 26-024 about?
Bylaw 26-024 Proposes to rezone approximately 2.37 acres within the former Hamlet of Kipp from Hamlet Direct Control (HDC) to Rural Agriculture (RA).
The intent of the rezoning aligns the land use with Councils’ decision to dissolve the Hamlet. See a map.
A copy of the bylaw and application can be viewed at the Lethbridge County Office (#100, 905-4 Avenue South, Lethbridge) during regular business hours.
How do I provide input?
- In-person: Input can be given on the proposed Bylaw at the Public Hearing on November 19, 2026, you will be asked to sign in before speaking in front of Council.
- Virtually: If you cannot attend the Public Hearing in-person, you can register to provide your input virtually. You must register by emailing crobison@lethcounty.ca no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 17, 2026.
- Written comments: You may also provide a written submission to Council which will form part of the public record and be included in the Council meeting agenda. Written submissions must be sent to planning@lethcounty.ca no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 12, 2026.

What is Bylaw 26-023 about?
Bylaw 26-023 Proposes to amend the Land Use Bylaw to clarify recreational uses and redesignate Plan 2410456, Block 1, Lot 9 (4404 14 Avenue N, SW-10-9-21-W4M) from Rural General Industrial (RGI) to Business Light Industrial (BLI).
The intent of the rezoning is to accommodate a proposed Recreation, Major use. See a map.
