Make a Payment

When you're paying a bill (utilities, cardlock water, taxes, etc.), double check the "payee" you're sending it to and ensure it's the right one:

  • "Lethbridge County Utilities" for utility payments
  • "Lethbridge County Taxes" for property tax payments
  • "Accounts Receivable" or "AR" for cardlock water payments (use the 4 letter 3 digit Customer number on your invoice/statement)

Applying your payment to the right payee ensures it's recorded by our system and helps you avoid any interest charges.

Pay with Credit Card through Plastiq

Lethbridge County also accepts online credit card payments through Plastiq.

You can pay Accounts Receivable, Utility and Tax bills using credit or debit cards. It is a third-party service provider that allows you to pay with MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.

Please note that payments may take 2-3 business days to process and that a Plastiq service fee will be applied (2.5% for credit cards, 1% for debit cards).
