E-billing customers: Not seeing your bill? Check your junk and spam folders, it may be there.
When you're paying a bill (utilities, cardlock water, taxes, etc.), double check the "payee" you're sending it to and ensure it's the right one:
- "Lethbridge County Utilities" for utility payments
- "Lethbridge County Taxes" for property tax payments
- "Accounts Receivable" or "AR" for cardlock water payments (use the 4 letter 3 digit Customer number on your invoice/statement)
Applying your payment to the right payee ensures it's recorded by our system and helps you avoid any interest charges.
Sign up for E-Billing
Customers can opt-in to receive certain monthly utility bills via e-mail instead of receiving a mailed paper bill.
UTILITIES:
To sign up for utility e-billing, fill out the application form at the bottom of this webpage.
Lethbridge County staff are available for assistance with utility accounts by calling 403-328-5525 Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE:
To sign up for accounts receivable e-billing, fill out the application form and return it by one of the following methods:
