- All offers to purchase must be emailed to planning@lethcounty.ca or delivered to the Lethbridge County Administration Building (#100, 905-4th Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta) no later than noon on March 6, 2026.
- The County will review the offer within a six week period and reserves the right to reject any offer.
- Offers will be evaluated on overall price and terms.
- The accepted offer shall be subject to County Council approval.
- If no offers are received within the proposed timeframe, the County will continue to accept proposals until a suitable proposal is received.
- Highest or any offer, not necessarily be accepted.

- Any condition attached to the offer.
- The name and contact information of individual/agent authorized to answer questions about the offer. Correspondence will only be directed to the appointed contact.
