General Information:

All offers to purchase must be emailed to planning@lethcounty.ca or delivered to the Lethbridge County Administration Building (#100, 905-4th Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta) no later than noon on March 6, 2026.
The County will review the offer within a six week period and reserves the right to reject any offer.
Offers will be evaluated on overall price and terms.
The accepted offer shall be subject to County Council approval.
If no offers are received within the proposed timeframe, the County will continue to accept proposals until a suitable proposal is received.
Highest or any offer, not necessarily be accepted.
