On December 4, Council passed the 2026 Budget for Lethbridge County. 

The approved 2026–2028 Operating and 2026–2030 Capital Budgets will set the plan for day-to-day services for the next three years and major construction projects for the next five years. These emphasize a balanced approach that manages ongoing cost pressures while investing in the roads, utilities, technology, and people needed to support our community, including our highly intensive and productive agriculture industry.
