    2. DRAFT Turin Growth Study

Lethbridge County Administration has completed a draft of the Turin Growth Study. The purpose of the growth study is to encourage and support the residential and economic viability of the hamlet. The study considered the growth history of the hamlet, the existing condition of the hamlet, the opportunities and constraints for future growth, and where growth can occur. Included in the Growth Study are the results and a summary of the resident engagement opinion survey that was sent out to Turin landowners in December 2018.

The draft Turin Growth Study will be on the website until April 8, 2019 after which County Administration will review the comments/input from Turin and area residents and finalize the Growth Study. The final Growth Study will be presented to County Council in May 2019. The approval of this document will help to guide future development within and around the hamlet to ensure orderly and efficient growth.
