Lethbridge County Residents Invited to Participate in Communications Survey
LETHBRIDGE COUNTY – Residents of Lethbridge County are invited to participate in the County’s 2018 Communications Survey to provide feedback and suggestions to administration on the effectiveness of the County’s communications strategy.
A short 5 to 10 minute survey is available to County residents, asking for the level of satisfaction with the communications they receive, how they are currently receiving County information, and other questions that will help Council and administration to find the best ways to communicate with our citizens.
The survey will be available beginning May 31 and will close on June 30. It will be available online through the County’s website and social media pages, as well as the County app, and printed surveys will be offered at the Lethbridge and Picture Butte administration offices. The survey link is: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MWDP82Q
Following the conclusion of the survey, a report on the results will be generated and made available to the public. These results will help guide the communications strategy in the future so the County can continue working to ensure our residents are well-informed.
Submitted surveys cannot be used to identify individuals, however comments made in the survey will be included in the report. If you have questions about the survey, please contact the Communications department at (403) 328-5525 or email email@example.com.
The Communications Department aims to keep County residents informed of events and news, while also giving those outside the County insight into the thriving and unique area we call home. The County's communications strategy includes providing information to the public through various channels- print, the County website, social media, the app, etc.
